DVD/CD aus defektem Laufwerk entfernen Gehuseoberteil abnehmen (Punkt 2). Mit einem dnnen Schraubendreher durch das Loch 3 (Fig. 11) den Schieber ca. 2cm nach innen schieben und Schublade herausziehen. 2. Gehuseoberteil 3 Schrauben I (Fig. 2) herausdrehen. Gehuseoberteil nach hinten schieben und abnehmen. Montagehinweis: Gehuseoberteil ber der Rastnase H (Fig. 1) aufsetzen. Gehuseoberteil im Bereich der Rastnase und an den Seitenteilen vorsichtig zusammendrcken und in die Frontblende schieben. 3. Frontblende Schublade ffnen (bei defektem Laufwerk siehe Punkt 1), 2 Rast- nasen N (Fig. 5) lsen und Schubladenblende abnehmen. 2 Schrauben E (Fig. 1) herausdrehen. 6 Rastnasen F / G lsen und Frontblende abnehmen. Gegebenenfalls Steckverbindung lsen. 4. Bedieneinheiten Frontblende abnehmen (Punkt 3). 6 Schrauben L (Fig. 4) herausdrehen. Rastnasen M(Fig. 4) lsen. Bedieneinheiten aus der Frontblende nehmen. Gegebenenfalls Steckverbindung lsen. 5. Analog-Platte Schauben J (Fig. 2 / 3) und Schraube K herausdrehen. Rastnasen an beiden Seiten ausrasten und Rckwand abnehmen. Schraube i (Fig. 1) herausdrehen. Analog-Platte herausnehmen. Gegebenenfalls Steckverbindungen lsen. 6. Netzteil 4 Schrauben A (Fig. 1) und Schraube K (Fig. 2 / 3) herausdrehen. Netzteil herausnehmen. Gegebenenfalls Steckverbindungen lsen. 7. Digital-Platte 3 Schrauben D (Fig. 1) und Schraube C herausdrehen. Digital-Platte herausnehmen. Gegebenenfalls Steckverbindungen lsen. Achtung: Nach dem Tausch der Digital-Platte, des EEPROMs (U7 / U71) oder des FLASH (U13 / U15) muss ein Software-Upgrade (Ser- vice Manual 720105408500, Seite 2-1) durchgefhrt werden. Disassembly Instructions Disconnect the mains plug before opening the set. 1. Opening the Tray when the Drive is Defective Remove the Cabinet Upper Part (Point 2). Insert a thin screw driver through the hole 3 (Fig. 11), push the slider about 2cm in inward direction then pull out the tray. 2. Cabinet Upper Part Undo the 3 screws I (Fig. 2). Slide the upper part of the cabinet to the rear then remove it. Reassembly hint: Place the upper part of the cabinet on the locking lug H (Fig. 1). Carefully press together the upper part of the cabinet in the area of the locking lug and the side parts then slide it into the front trim. 3. Front Trim Open the tray (with a defective drive mechanism, see Point 1), undo the 2 locking lugs N (Fig. 5) then remove the front trim of the tray. Undo the 2 screws E (Fig. 1). Undo the 6 locking lugs F / G then remove the front trim. Unplug the connector if necessary. 4. Keyboard Control Units Remove the front trim (Point 3). Undo the 6 screws L (Fig. 4). Undo the locking lugs M(Fig. 4). Remove the keyboard control units from the front trim. Unplug the connector if necessary. 5. Analog Board Undo the screws J (Fig. 2 / 3) and screw K. Undo the locking lugs at the two sides then remove the rear panel. Undo the screw i (Fig. 1). Remove the analog board. Unplug the connectors if necessary. 6. Power Supply Undo the 4 screws A (Fig. 1) and the screw K (Fig. 2 / 3). Remove the power supply from the unit. Unplug the connectors if necessary. 7. Digital Board Undo the 3 screws D (Fig. 1) and the screw C (Fig. 1). Remove the digital board. Unplug the connectors if necessary. Attention: After replacing the digital board, the EEPROM (U7 / U71), or the FLASH (U13 / U15) a software upgrade must be carried out (Service Manual 720105408500, page 2-3). Laufwerkeinheit Frontblende abnehmen (Punkt 3). 3 Schrauben B (Fig. 1) und Schraube C herausdrehen. Laufwerkeinheit nach links schieben und herausnehmen. Gegebenenfalls Steckverbindungen lsen. Montagehinweis Die Digital-Platte muss sich bei der Montage ber den Fen der Laufwerkeinheit befinden. 9. Laufwerkeinheit zerlegen Laufwerkeinheit ausbauen (Punkt 8). 9.1 Laufwerk-Platte ausbauen Schrauben O (Fig. 7 / 8) herausdrehen und Laufwerk-Platte abneh- men. Gegebenenfalls Steckverbindungen lsen. Achtung: Die Lasereinheit ist sehr empfind- lich gegen statische Aufladungen (MOS- Bauteile)! Schlieen Sie deshalb die Flexprintleitung zur Lasereinheit vor dem Lsen der Steck- verbindung mit einer Broklammer kurz oder bringen Sie die Schutzltstellen P (Fig. 9 / 10) an. Fig. 8 Fig. 6Fig. 5 FLEXPRINT N 8. Drive Mechanism Unit Remove the front trim (Point 3). Undo the 3 screws B (Fig. 1) and the screw C. Slide the drive mechanism unit to the left then remove it. Unplug the connectors if necessary. Reassembly hint For reassembly, the digital board must be located above the feet of the drive mechanism unit. 9. Disassembling the Drive Mechanism Remove the drive mechanism unit (Point 8). 9.1 Removing the Drive Board Undo the screws O (Fig. 7 / 8) then remove the drive board. Unplug the connectors if necessary. Attention: The laser unit is very sensitive to static charges (MOS components)! For this reason, before disconnecting the Flexprint lead from the laser unit, short- circuit it by means of a paper clip or apply the protective soldering points P (Fig. 9 / 10). Rastnasen R (Fig. 11) lsen und Laufwerkoberteil abnehmen. Schublade abnehmen. Montagehinweis: Zahnrad DM14 (Fig. 12) so drehen, dass zwischen den Markierun- gen U der Steg T des Zahnrades DM16 gegenber steht. Schublade so aufsetzen, dass der mittlere Zahn W (Fig. 13) der Schublade in die markierte Lcke V des Zahnrades greift. Schublade durch Montage des Laufwerkoberteils fixieren. 9.3 Lademotor ausbauen Riemen DM07 (Fig. 12) abnehmen. 2 Schrauben S (Fig. 12) herausdrehen und Lademotor herausneh- men. 9.4 Sledge-Motor ausbauen Laufwerk-Platte ausbauen (Punkt 9.1). 2 Schrauben Z (Fig. 14) herausdrehen und Sledge-Motor nach unten herausnehmen. 9.5 Laufwerk ausbauen Laufwerk-Platte ausbauen (Punkt 9.1). Gegebenenfalls Kabel frei legen. 4 Schrauben X (Fig. 14) herausdrehen. Rastnasen Y (Fig. 14) lsen und Laufwerk herausnehmen. Montagehinweis zum Einbau eines neuen Laufwerks: Flexprint an der Lasereinheit und an CN100 der Laufwerk-Platte anschlieen. Werkseitig angebrachte Schutzltstellen P der Lasereinheit ent- fernen (Fig. 9 / 10) Fig. 13Fig. 14 9.2 Removing the Tray Turn the toothed wheel DM11 (Fig. 6) in direction of the arrow until the tray moves then pull out the tray. Undo the 2 screws Q (Fig. 11). Undo the locking lugs R (Fig. 11) then remove the top part of the drive mechanism. Remove the tray. Reassembly hint: Turn the toothed wheel DM14 (Fig. 12) so that it faces on the rib T the toothed wheel DM16 between the marks U. Fit the tray so that the centre tooth W (Fig. 13) of the tray engages into the marked gap V of the toothed wheel. Fix the tray by mounting the upper part of the drive mechanism. 9.3 Removing the Loading Motor Remove the belt DM07 (Fig. 12). Undo the 2 screws S (Fig. 12) then remove the loading motor. 9.4 Removing the Sledge Motor Remove the drive board (point 9.1). Undo the 2 screws Z (Fig. 14) then remove the sledge motor in downward direction. 9.5 Removing the Drive Mechanism Remove the drive board (point 9.1). Expose the cable if necessary. Undo the
