A commercial leakage tester, such as the Simpson 229 or RCAWT-540A. Follow the manufacturers instructions to use theseinstruments.2. A battery-operated AC milliammeter. The Data Precision 245digital multimeter is suitable for this job.3. Measuring the voltage drop across a resistor by means of aVOM or battery-operated AC voltmeter. The “limit” indicationis 0.75 V, so analog meters must have an accurate low-voltagescale. The Simpson 250 and Sanwa SH-63Trd are examplesof a passive VOM that is suitable. Nearly all battery operateddigital multimeters that have a 2 V AC range are suitable. Unleaded solder melts at a temperature about 40 C higherthan ordinary solder.Ordinary soldering irons can be used but the iron tip has to beapplied to the solder joint for a slightly longer time.Soldering irons using a temperature regulator should be set toabout 350 C.Caution: The printed pattern (copper foil) may peel away ifthe heated tip is applied for too long, so be careful! Strong viscosityUnleaded solder is more viscou-s (sticky, less prone to flow)than ordinary solder so use caution not to let solder bridgesoccur such as on IC pins, etc. Usable with ordinary solderIt is best to use only unleaded solder but unleaded solder mayalso be added to ordinary solder.6STR-DA2100ESSECTION 2GENERALThis section is extracted frominstruction manual.Main unitA F D qgDIRECT q;DISPLAY 7Display 5INPUT MODE 8INPUT SELECTOR qsIR (receptor) 1MASTER VOLUME /+ 9MEMORY/ENTER 4MENU wfMOVIE qfMULTI CHANNEL DECODING (indicator) 6MULTI CH IN qaMUSIC qdSPEAKERS (OFF/A/B/A+B) whSURR BACK DECODING qjTUNING + qkTUNING qlVIDEO 3 INPUT (jacks) wd2CH qh?/1 (power) 2/+ wsALPHABETICAL ORDERA - IMAIN MENU 3M - OPHONES (jack) wgPRESET TUNING + w;PRESET TUNING waP - ZNUMBERS AND SYMBOLSwdwgwhwf289653471qlwswa w;qk qj qh qg qf qdqsqaq;STR-DA2100ES7Note: Follow the disassembly procedure in the numerical order given.3-2.CASE This set can be disassembled in the order shown below.3-1.DISASSEMBLY FLOWSECTION 3DISASSEMBLY3-2.
